The time between winter and spring is the best time to really relax. The hustle and bustle of Christmas and the days of carnival are over and the longing for relaxation is great. Hiking, good food, soaking up the sun – what better way to recharge our batteries after winter than with plenty of fresh air and vitamin D?
Personally, I love the rough sea air of Ireland at this time of year, where I can really take a deep breath. But travel destinations in the south of Europe, with mild temperatures and blossoming landscapes in national parks in February and March, also have their appeal. The Organic Farm Resort Fontes Episcopi will remain a special memory for us. We were particularly well looked after and spoilt with culinary delights. The location and facilities of the former country house are unique. The hire car was big enough for our group (6 people) so that we could travel comfortably with our luggage.
